After welcoming defensive end Melvin Ingram to San Diego, the Chargers continue to upgrade their defense by adding two more potential play makers to the roster. In the mist of all the madness, the Denver Broncos traded up 20 spots to get San Diego State's Ronnie Hillman.

The San Diego Chargers select
Name: Melvin Ingram
Position: Defensive End
Height & Weight: 6'1'' 264lbs
College: South Carolina
Hometown: Hamlet, North Carolina
The Chargers needed a pass rusher who can get to the quarterback and help improve their 3rd down defense and they might have found one. Melvin Ingram might not have the size to be effective as an NFL defensive end so expect him to be converted to outside linebacker.
Height & Weight: 5'9" 200lbs
Position: Running Back
Hometown: La Habra, California
College: San Diego State
High School: La HabraOn September 14, 1991, San Diego State freshman running back Marshall Faulk set an NCAA record with 386 rushing yards during a 55-34 victory over Pacific. On that same day Ronnie and Tiffany Hillman welcomed Ronnie Hillman Jr. to the world and 19 years later he would go on to make his own impact as a San Diego State running back.
In 2010 he finished his freshman season with 1,532 yards rushing breaking not only a Mountain West Conference record but also the school freshman record set by Marshall Faulk (1,429). Hillman suffered through several injuries during his sophomore year but he still managed to out do himself by rushing for 1711 yards and 19 touchdowns.
Despite playing for San Diego State for only two seasons, Ronnie Hillman will be remembered as one of the most exciting play makers to ever put on an Aztecs uniform. His ability to break long runs on any given snap will be greatly missed by San Diego State football fans and spectators. He is projected by many to be picked in the 3rd or 4th round of the draft but wherever he lands, you can expect to see big plays from him on Sundays.

High School: Santa Monica
Since starting as a true freshman in 2008, Al-Rilwan Adeyemi has proven to be one of the best defensive backs to ever suit up for the Toreros. Through-out his career he's been giving offenses headaches with his outfielder like ball skills in the secondary. His 15 career interceptions (3 returned for touchdowns) tied a school record set by Kyle Slusser who played for USD from 1997-2001. After an impressive pro day he should be on some NFL radars but he'll more than likely get picked in the late rounds or sign with a team as an undrafted free agent.
