Thursday Night Football: Strike Force to close home schedule vs. Nebraska

🏈 San Diego Strike Force (1-11) vs. Nebraska Danger (5-7)
📆 Thursday, June 6th 🕖 7:05 p.m. PT
🏠 Pechanga Arena San Diego (San Diego, CA)

Looking to end a five-game losing streak, the San Diego Strike Force will welcome the Nebraska Danger to the Sports Arena this Thursday night for their final home game of the season. This will be the first-ever meeting between the teams.

The Strike Force were held to a season-low seven points in a 60-7 loss to the Sioux Falls Storm last Saturday. Nebraska is fresh off a bye-week seeking its first win since April 26th.

The Danger have one of the top rushing offenses in the Indoor Football League, thanks to duel-threat quarterback Tommy Armstrong, and running back Davonte Sapp-Lynch. Armstrong leads the league in rushing yards per game and touchdowns, while Sapp-Lynch ranks second in yards per rush.

On the defensive side, Nebraska lineman Chris Martin tops the IFL in sacks (8.5).

While San Diego receiver Marques Rodgers ranks among the league's top five in receiving yards and catches, Julian Stafford leads the team with 12 touchdown catches.

Following this matchup, the Strike Force will end its inaugural campaign on Saturday, June 15th when they visit the Arizona Rattlers.
