Enforcers roll past Chicago in Hero Bowl


CATHEDRAL CATHOLIC (03/21/2015) Safety Matt Steinbach returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown and JJ Carrell threw four touchdown passes as the San Diego Enforcers (2-0) picked up a 35-8 victory over the Chicago Enforcers (0-1) in the 9th Annual Hero Bowl Saturday evening.

Receiver Robbie Davis caught Carrell's first three touchdowns for 69, 14, and 82 yards. The fourth was hauled in by tight end Jason Webber for 23 yards to give the Enforcers a 35-0 lead at halftime.

Next up for the Enforcers is a non-league contest against the United States Marine Corp. A time and location has yet to be announced.
