SDFN Players of the Week (Oct. 30 - Nov. 2)

WR Chris Olave (Ohio State Buckeyes)

After leaving last week's game early with an injury, the Mission Hills alum came back with a vengeance, notching seven catches for 120 yards and two outstanding touchdown grabs in a win over Penn State.

Contenders

RB Greg Bell (San Diego State Aztecs)

Bell's phonomenal start to the 2020 season continues as he tops last week's outing with 157 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries. The Bonite Vista alum also caught two passes for 29 yards and an endzone dive for his second score of the game, helping the Aztecs to a 2-0 start.

LB Charles Hicks (Wyoming Cowboys)

As former Hornets continue to create a buzz throughout college football, Hicks earns Mountain West Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors after putting up four tackles, including the first two sacks of his career. He also recorded his first career interception, which he returned 47 yards early in the fourth quarter to set up a touchdown and a win over Hawaii.

WR Brandon Lewis (Air Force Falcons)

In a losing effort to Boise State, this former Madison Warhawk stood out for his new bird mascot squad that sports blue. Lewis got it done on the ground putting up a career-high 112-yards and a touchdown on 10 carries.
